Empowering Connections is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening families, building community capacity, and advancing evidence-based solutions for young parents. Our work is deeply informed by the Empowering Young Parents research project conducted by RTI International, which explores how healthy-relationship programming can impact the lives of pregnant and parenting youth.

We offer tailored trainings and workshops to nonprofits and businesses, focused on topics such as parenting support, relationship health, trauma-informed engagement, and community partnership. Our goal is to build organizational resilience and equip stakeholders with the tools to better support young families.
